July 30, 2025 – The Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investment and Fisheries of Ecuador (MPCEIP) formally issued Resolution No. MPCEIP-SC-2025-0226-R on July 29, 2025, granting ASLATAM S.A.S. the status of a nationally accredited "Designated Inspection Body".

The company is now the only authorized entity in Ecuador with the capability to conduct compliance inspections for ceramic tile labels, marking a crucial step forward in the country's building materials quality control system.
